Steve Young
Steve Young has been a reporter and editor for the past fifteen years.
Hes been a correspondent for Reuters International and NPR
and has also filed for the BBC, CBC, and the Boston Globe. Hes
won numerous journalism awards including, in 1997, a national Clarion
Award for his investigative reporting. Young has an MFA in Fiction from
Vermont College and has published several short stories, including A
Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square which appeared in last Septembers
Carve Magazine (and the 2002 Best of Carve). That story
has been nominated for this years O.Henry, Pushcart and BASS prizes.
He also has a story in the current Mindprints and the upcoming
EWG Presents. Young grew up in Vermont. He currently lives and
writes on Cape Cod.
